Dear Kris, and or shark tank,
My name is Steve Ohlund, ;my Invention Is called Kryptolight T.M. and I have 4 Patents on this product that has totally changed my life as well as my family’s life.
A while back I got clean and Sober, I started making these wire wrap crystal necklaces and selling them up and down the coast here in Calif. they sold quite a bunch of these, good thing because at the time ai could not do much else exept go to alot of 12 step meetings.
I was sitting at my coffie table making necklaces and had a flashlight taken apart trying to fix it, the crystals were sitting next to the flashlight bulb and the light started flickering and shinning through the crystal and I said Eurika !
It was really cool but it took me awhile to get the firtst proto type done. Actually about 3 years to get the first marketable light up Crystal Necklace.
I was approached by a local company called prime Time sports T.V. they asked if I was interested in partnering and doing a test market to see if thes product would sell like we would hope for, I said yes of course.
We went to our first trade show and sold over $60,000 to Ma and Pa stores, Drug Chain, Clairs Boutique, Truck Stops and Wal Mart.
We were all so excited.
My partners new somone in the Holly wood industry they Invited us to the American Music Awards so hand out a few of these Ligbht Up Crystal NEcklaces and it was such a hit that we ran out of samples and I know we took 2 hundred regular Necklaces and I made a few special pieces for the Talent, Whitney Houston, Elton John, Kid Rock, and so on.
We were then approached by a toy company for a license deal, we finally said yes and wrote a deal License agreement. They were to pay 1 Million upfront and up to 15% of sales. Good deal except they never paid a penny and sold over 100 million dollars in the second year. Wow, I know but it’s all true.
My partners were not getting along at this time do to finances and they split up so it left me out in the cold so to speak. I was left with alot of debt and no product in that they sold out quickly. I still have my patents and have refused to partner with someone until I know for sure they can do what they promise to do.
Now I know that I have been waiting for this new Show Shark Tank In that We have a 60 second Infomercial for one shark, I also have sold on QVC for another shark, I need kevin Oleary for the business end of thitngs and would love to work with all of Sharks.
Please consider my product for your show, it fits so well I don’t know how to tell you other than tell you a quick story of what this produt has done in the test market, Unbelievable I would say. It needs to be out in the market in a very proffesional way and that is why I am here, yes of course it needs funding.
Sorry for the long story but it truly is a cool product that everyone wants and nobody is making them but me. There is also a high end light up Jewelry that is really cool, even better but it needs an investor.

I have tried to get Small business Loans but with not success do to economy.
I have sales reports from the test market.
I Invented this light up Crystal Necklace after getting clean and sober, it truly is a gift from a higher source.
No one is selling any thing like this product but I really do need to get it back on the shelves as the test market proved that this is several hundred million dollar product.
Plesae help my product and me by allowing me to stand before the sharks who I admire very much. I can only hope someday being on that side of the table. My dream is to help other Inventors by marketing my products to the fullest.
