   How do I present my product line to the “The Shark Team?”

   I hold a patent, which is backed by medical testing/researh and my target is .5% of $13 Billion which is only a percentage of the over all $22 Billion dollar industry “Sports & Fitness.”

   We are the Inventors of the RAILZ SnowSkate and RAILZ SnowScooter and we own the patent and trademark on the product.

   The design premise behind RAILZ was to make skateboarding and scootering on the snow a reality.

   The RAILZ SnowSkate has sold very well at some major retailers, Walmart, Target, Toys-R-Us; However, we licensed the product to a real “Shark” and he has cheated us for the past three years, by not paying any royalties and not honoring the legal license agreement. At this point we have served the “Shark” with a Cease and Desist and are taking the business over.

   The RAILZ snowscooter has not been introduced to the market yet.

   We need help with Sales and Marketing; we’re engineers and inventors not marketing people. RAILZ would be perfect for the T.V. infommercial or Home Shopping Network type market. We have several variations of the RAILZ SnowSkate and SnowScooter and we have many other related inventions and ideas to keep the product line going for many, many years.

   We are looking for someone to help us take RAILZ to the next level and we are willing to negotiate ownership with regard to the Patent and Trademark and the company.

   Hello and thank you for this opportunity,
   I need help with getting my Crochet Designs to the market!! They are one of a kind, but I want to get several in retail stores and Boutiques and still maintain my handcrafted originals. I have developed this company starting with a string of yarn!! There is no Crochet Fashion House. My business name is ONE IN A MILLION ORIGINALS (OIAMO) and I am called Lady Crochet for a reason. It is what I am meant to do!! I need The Shark Tank to bring me in examine several of my designs and invest in me and my product!!! I have already tested the market it is a good viable Product. No returns in 9 years, sturdy, well made, fashionable, 11 collections, babies to adult!! I need my business to grow!! MARKETING PLEASE!!!
