I email and asked to have the contract for the show emailed to me to look at. I didn’t get a response I have seen other contracts for other inventor shows. I feel they were not in the best interest for the inventor.

This is scary that they don’t want you to see a contract before you go to audition. whats up with that Mark?

  3. NewMediaMan June 25, 2009 at 3:08 PM #

    Joe,

Did you receive a copy of the contract? Mark, where can we get a copy for ourselves? Can you please put these up on the site, or give us a way to get a copy?

    Thanks,
    -NMM

I just got the phone call today, I made it through round 1. I am getting a 40 page contract sent to me to review this weekend.

I had submitted my video and 20 page question sheets and they were accepted, passed through casting on to the directors.

I was told to have my calendar clear from Aug 8~16.

    YIPPEE!

  5. Brenden July 2, 2009 at 2:00 PM #

Sorry NMM we will not be posting the contract here.

Jim good luck, keep use informed.

When is your next casting calls? I have developed a musical instrument accessory that is being used by famous guitarists and got rave reviews in Guitar Player Magazine and sold out at the largest trade show NAMM in Los Angeles. I don’t have the funding to have enough product made.. I have another similiar item that is a better mouse trap for guitarists. Global niche product. Not a fad item but an everyday utility that will sell in music stores forever.

    Thanks

Hi, just found out about auditions. I had a melt down putting on strappy sandals and have invented a easy way of putting them on. My web site spokesperson tells the story and the “about me” page has a picture of me and why I want to be successful. If you are going to audition again, I would love to know where and when. I live in the Houston, Tx. area. Thanks, Karen

I had a product idea that was successful and shown on QVC. I learned myself how to save money doing my own provisional patent and patent search and other steps in order to protect my patent. I am now offering very reasonable services to other inventors so they can protect their idea and save money doing it. My son also can do the cad cam drawings of the idea and a prototype if necessary. These services are all included in one price depending on what is required of the inventor. They can contact me at my email address brandy2102003@yahoo.com. Thank you

Also, we have been aired on the Food Network, Food Finds of The Everglades. It is time to take my products to the next level. I can be contacted through my web site gatorhammock.com or my personal email chilegator@live.com. I would like info on the next casting for Shark Tank. Executive Summary
We are now able to illustrate and deliver an affordable way for over 100,000 Wineries and Wine Assemblers to sell their existing inventory in a new way, which VINK can affordably offer them. For a 3 year monthly lease Xerox solid ink printing, ELO touch screen computers, and Vink central server software has combined hard and software to provide reliable and professional wine labels in profitable local small quantity application.
With the issuing of our patent (US 7,383,208 B2) we are now able to protect our user friendly software label creation system. VINK Custom Label Systems has completed a national marketing plan, lease lending plan, and secure centralized server. Our preliminary marketing indicates an urgent need from the wineries and suppliers we have contacted.
There is enormous pain and opportunity out there, and VINK can increase vendor partners revenue, reduce costs, increase speed, expand reach, eliminate inefficiency, and increase effectiveness!
Short History: Artil Leo started to develop Wine Creations, as an urban winery, more than 7 years ago with a new idea using technology that had developed to make it possible for a walk in retail customers to personally create custom wine labels and walk out in 10 minutes with a personalized gift wine for $19.99. The development of Xerox solid ink acrylic digitized printing was the perfect solution for durability, detail, and color in an affordable wine label. Touch screen monitors were also now available in an affordable local application. This enabled the client to actively create his personal message without the fear of a computer and key board or lack of technical ability.
Artil Leo then was fortunate to find qualified software developers for the artwork templates and message functionality. When this hard and software assembly was perfected a Patent Attorney was retained and worked for 5 years to secure the protection needed.
Today with the patent, new printer technology speed, introduction of touch screen computers and high speed graphic data digital transfer over the internet we have taken this company to another development level. VINK Custom Label Systems is the identity and trademark that will develop this new niche.

    Hello—

I am actively seeking VC funding to get my amazing company off the ground! I missed the dead line to submit for this season but would live to get info on the next open casting call.

Fly On The Wall™ is a “For Parents, By Parents” company that will be handing back control and peace of mind to parents with children in private day care. Fly On The Wall™ will also soon become the country’s largest internet parent network; we will provide active and caring parents a place to network, search and discover!

    Our mission is to utilize today’s technology for tomorrow’s future;
to apply cutting edge technologies not to the “entertainment”, “communications” or “business” industries… but for the safety and security of our children… our future!

  29. Gary Showalter August 18, 2009 at 2:02 PM #

Our technology should give the “Sharks” a real new challenge to grasp. How would they do facing a professor emeritus and three other people with combined experience in the business world of over 100 years? http://www.wwbioenergy.com/

We make crude oil from manure.

Hi, I am a special education teacher who has come up with an idea that I feel is geared to overweight people. No doubt that this invention will be something that will be used in homes, hotels, hospitals or should I say everywhere. I need someone to gear me in the right direction to get this amazing product in motion. I would be willing to combine my ideas and share all profit with someone familiar with the invention process. Thank you!!

  31. Wm Burns August 21, 2009 at 6:55 PM #

Recently, I’ve come to realize the impact Being a Better Me would make if the storylines were scripted and portrayed through animation. Unfortunately, I do not have the hundreds of thousands of dollars it costs to create an animated series, nor do I have the “know how”. No doubt your affiliation will reinforce, enhance and elevate this project to the next level.

Parents know their child’s integrity will influence their decision making abilities and their overall emotional resiliency. There is no video series like the one I am proposing available anywhere in the world. Let’s not forget Baby Einstein’s impact.

  33. Mike Mosholder August 23, 2009 at 9:13 PM #

Have an invention thats been 5yrs in the making. Is patented and featured in skymall magazine. The website is still a work in progress but is up, just need a little more capital to ensure success in filling orders. just heard about the show and wish I would have sooner. Is there any casting calls coming up soon? Any information would be appreciated!

    Mike Mosholder

The product is also going to be marketed not for just pool use but has many options, camping, fishing, dock lighting, or anywhere you really want to put it. Solar powered with powerfull LEDs can be used anywhere.

  34. Matthew Hartman August 23, 2009 at 11:17 PM #

I have a concept that is, without question, a mult-million dollar winner. However, it is not a product, but a service. Are service businesses allowed on the show? Please let me know when and where I can make a pitch.

    thanx, Matthew Hartman

I was the first time watch the show last night; I am very interested in being a contestant on your show. Are there any more auditions in Los Angeles for future shows? Is there a schedule that I can get? Please contact me ASAP.

I was an automatic control system and computer design engineer. I walk away my job to fulfill my dream to be an inventor. I have a number of great inventions and very good products from day to day house hold products to computer video game. Also have product can produce green energy power. All my idea can be easy to be multi-million dollars product. If I have the right investor with smart marketing idea, some item can be a billion dollars product too. I love the licensing idea because the world has filled with good or high tech manufactories but lack great new products and the right marketing channel to ship the product to customers. Therefore, I love the idea to licensing and make the most profit in the shortest time. I am sure all the investors will very benefit from what I can offer. Thank you!

I have been a x-ray tech for over 30 years and have developed a now patented and trademarked system to assist in the care and radiography of victims of severe trauma. It would be used in civilian emergency rooms and Combat Support Hospitals. The US Army reviewed my presentation and said “although it meets out research mission, no funds are available”. It has received positive comments from many healthcare professional. I have most manufacturing cost and marketing information. This a serious product that could dramatically improve healthcare.

    Thank you
