5 More Episodes
Over the weekend we were first to report that ABC had renewed Shark Tank for a second season. This was based on a tweet from Robert:
“Great news – ABC has ordered more episodes of Shark Tank !!!! No air date yet – but it’s coming.”
Today we have confirmed that ABC has not renewed Shark Tank for a second season, but in fact will air five more episodes at some point… These include three unaired episodes, and two episodes to be put together from already existing footage.
This is sort of a mixed blessing, on the one hand there will be five more episodes of shark tank at some point. But on the other hand if these segments were not good enough to air with the first nine episodes, then they may be smaller less exciting deals. Only time will tell, and I hope I am wrong.
So let’s keep up the pressure, let’s send e-mails to ABC telling them that we want a second season of Shark Tank. Even if you’ve already written a letter to ABC, send a second one, let them know you love the show.

((this is wha i sent to abc)) im glad to hear that there will be more shows of shark tank comming soon. but i really think you(being abc)are making a stupid move by not greenlighting a new season. the show is the best, fresh program that ive seen on your network.im no tv expert but i will tell u this if its working and growing dont kill it. sometime i dont understand why sapossed tv programing experts dont get.this show shows the lil guy trying to make it. and shows how good old american ideas come from average joes.ty

Thanks for this blog — big Shark Tank fan here (although I didn’t discover it until the fourth episode, so I’m missing 1-3).
I sent ABC my vote to keep it going.
I talked to Cactus Jack on the telephone the other day, who was on earlier this season with his Body Jac invention. He said that ABC already filmed him receiving his deal (yes, he lost the 30 lbs!) and it will be the first episode of the second season. Maybe he is referring to the 5 episodes as the second season.
This is my favorite show, what a shame if it doesn’t continue!!

I hope that the shark tank remains on tv i caught the show one night in november when a close friend call me and told that this show was on tv this friend knows that Im a good inventer and have came up with quite a few good ideas on paper as of 12/4/09 I have came up with over 150 new inventions out of that 150, I know that at least 50 are good to go,and the market will love my ideas when i think of a new ideas i put my self in the shoes of the public.I wont that consumer to see my products as what they need and wont and then make them feel like “a” this inventer was thinking about me when he came up with this product to design ,he sure made my life more easier.Mr.Daymond John I hope this note reaches you and from the kindness of your heart please call me .I need some guidence you know how hard it is to trust any one with your idea . Iv contacted several invention company that promise me the world but I dont trust them. but i hope that you can trust me as well as i can trust you “YOU” been down this road before and know how hard it is to be discoverd. I am one of the original entrepreneurs from the premiere episode of Shark Tank. Even thought the Sharks didn’t get my business and were way off base as to what it is about I am very thankful for the opportunity to be on the show. I would strongly encourage any passionate, hungry and confident entrepreneur to try out! It was an amazing experience!
