As announced early this morning on the West Coast, ABC’s breakout hit Shark Tank has been nominated for its first Emmy award, in the Outstanding Reality Program category. This is the first Emmy nomination for Shark Tank, and undoubtedly not the last.

ABC will broadcast the 64th Annual Primetime Emmy® Awards on September 23, 2012.

We’re huge fans, have seen every episode since season one, and auditioned in LA. We know filming has begun, but we’re still hoping to get the call and, hopefully, be a part of Season Four!

I think the nomination is well deserved! Shark Tank is the ONLY reality show I watch – great concept with the right “Sharks”. We still hope that we can be part of it.
