Announced just today, the next season of ABC’s Shark Tank kicks off Friday September 14th at 8/7 CT. We are thrilled to be covering the show again this year, and with 22 full episodes in store there’s going to be plenty to cover. Earlier this month I visited the Shark Tank set and I can say with full confidence that the show is really hitting its stride. Check out that article for a few comments from the Sharks on next season’s 22 episodes.

Lori Greiner, a guest Shark last season, is now a cast regular, along with Barbara Corcoran, Mark Cuban, Kevin O’Leary, Daymond John, and Robert Herjavec.
Even with the show’s premiere so close, casting for season 4 is still in motion and the show is specifically looking for entrepreneurs age 11-19. For more information, please visit our Casting Information page.

Thank you for the Shark Tank update. I always check your blog. It is excellent and I really hope that more fans find it. I am happy to see that the producers of the show have ordered a full season of 22 episodes. That is great and I won’t miss one.
We are convinced that our business would be a perfect candidate for the show. We are constantly preparing ourselves for expansion and the next step. http://www.NewVideos.com is a You Tube alternative and is a free video sharing site.
Thank you for the site and keep up the good work.

Hello — I have developed something for the 2nd largest hobby in the world. A one of a kind item. Do you want to see if you could get it on the show for me.
Hi David, I don’t have anything to do with casting other than reporting on it from time to time. Did you apply for Season 4? Sounds like you’ve got a cool concept. I’m not sure what the 2nd largest hobby in the world is. Coin collecting?
I cannot wait for this show to be back on the air. From the good to the bad, i love the face that opportunity is being given to support peoples dreams. When i was starting my business, i had a huge problem finding investors, but through hard work i finally found someone that suited me needs. Kudos to the producers of this show for giving people the opportunity to jump right into something they are passionate about without all of the malarky.
Thank you for the update. Its a great season I watch all episodes.Lori Greiner, a guest Shark last season, is now a cast regular that’s a great news .Can’t wait to get your Shark Tank.I always check your blog.
Thanks for the post.
That is great news that they are coming back.I was wondering when they going to have another season. Love this show. Glad to hear Lori Greiner is a regular. She can be brutal and it is great lol.
I always check this blog for the latest updates on the show and I’m excited for the upcoming season! I agree with the others – the addition of Lori makes for an interesting cast. She has such a killer instinct, esp. with products that can be sold via TV (QVC, etc.)
Cuban’s my favorite (always learn something from him in every episode) and can’t wait to see the new products on upcoming episodes.
Can’t wait for season 4 to start!
If Lori is a cast regular, does that mean there will be six sharks at once? Or are they sharing chairs like before?
I think they should have two female sharks at the same time because it seems some women entrepeneurs just pitch to Barbara.
Hi Andrew,
Do you know if all of the potential contestants for Season 4 have been contacted for filming in LA?
Is casting done?
Hi Mojo and Wee-N-See,
Yes, casting is completely wrapped up for Season 4. Everyone has been contacted, notified, etc etc. 30,000 people applied.
