Original Offer to the Sharks: $2,000,000 for 10% stake

Zomm is a small electronic device that seeks to fill a void that every person deals with once a week — of course I’m talking about the void that keys and cell phones fall into. It is a “personal concierge” that according to the website has the following features:

  • Award-winning design
  • Keeps phone secure at all times
  • One-touch emergency dialer
  • Finds keys easily
  • Works with Bluetooth®-enabled phones
  • One-touch speakerphone with microphone
  • Small and ultra portable (about size of half dollar)
  • Easily clips onto keychain

The technology looks solid, but I wonder if the device attempts to solve too many problems rather than focusing on one. The Sharks are always looking to jump on the latest technological innovations, however, and Zomm certainly is a marvel of technology. I’ll be interested to see if the device holds up during the pitch — it could make all the difference.

So, will the Sharks locate the funds to make an investment in Zomm? Stay tuned!
